Jorge Saraiva
Jorge Saraiva holds a PhD in Economics from the School of Economics and Management of the University of Porto (FEP) since 2023. Prior to the PhD, he completed a BSc in Economics (2016) and an MSc in Economics (2018) at FEP.
His doctoral studies in Economic Geography benefited from a scholarship grant from FCT, and his advisors were João Correia-da-Silva and Sofia Castro.
He has been lecturing Microeconomics at FEP as an Invited Lecturer since 2020. Currently, he is an Invited Assistant Professor at FEP since 2023.
His main research interests are Economic Geography, Microeconomics, Game Theory, Industrial Organisation, Education Economics, Economic Theory, and Mathematical Economics.
